Is this an appropriate top to wear under a suit jacket for an interview?

| Depends on your cleavage situation. I would think it's somewhat plain- I prefer a jewel tone shell under a blazer for interviewing. |

| There will be a lot of contrast with a black suit. Many people cannot pull that off--make sure you are not one of them. |

Jewel tone is less formal than neutral for these purposes. If the sides of the shirt are entirely covered by the jacket, then this is fine. Otherwise, if it were law firm interviewing, it would not be formal enough. I really like this shirt but it is not a formal office wear shirt. |
