Urgent cooking question involving raw egg

Anonymous
I made these veggie burger-esque patties yesterday. They included one egg, to help with binding.

I cooked some of them last night but left some wrapped in tin foil in the fridge, uncooked.

I realized I have no idea if they are still safe to eat now. Is it a problem that they sat in the fridge for 24 hours, because of the raw egg? Or is this not an issue at all? Please advise!

And this is only urgent because I want to make dinner now!

You are fine! Bon appetit!

As long as you cook them, they should be fine. Next time, I'd wrap them in plastic wrap.

Are you planning on cooking them now? Then it will be fine. If you are planning on eating it raw, then perhaps not.

Yes I would cook them now! They are to be used crumbled up in a taco salad.

Thanks!
