Share your favorite vegan snack ideas

I have been a vegan for a few years now. I have a good arsenal of vegan recipes, but am always on the lookout for good vegan snack ideas.
I use Pinterest to find most of my recipes. While they have a good variety of lunch/dinner recipes, all they seem to suggest in the way of snacks is hummus, baked chickpeas and kale chips.
Care to share your favorite "uniquish" vegan snack ideas?

I'm familiar with these websites. Thank you.
I'm asking about favorite snacks, not favorite websites.

Any parameters? Almost all snacks are vegan, especially if made with whole foods. There are lots of snacks outside of beef jerky, hard boiled eggs, and cheese.

Popcorn. Homemade spicy popcorn, homemade caramel popcorn. Pretzels. Slice of Ezekiel toast with PB&J. Apple with PB. Celery with PB. Trail mix. Spiced nuts. Dried fruit. Homemade granola. Chips and salsa. Cucumber and pepper strips w/ baba ghanoush.

I'm not vegan, but a couple of favorites:

Celery with peanut butter or sunbutter

I make roasted red peppers and tomatoes by covering a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil, then add a couple of red peppers (halved, open side down), some tomatoes (I do about equal parts RP and tomato) one small onion, quartered, and a few garlic cloves, drizzle more olive oil and add S&P. Roast about 35-45 minutes, puree in a blender. This is great en croute or on pita chips. I sometimes make eggplant and garlic this way and also butternut squash with curry. I can make a couple of cups of this and have it for a week. I often make all three and serve on a platter with a cup of each and a pile of homemade croutons for a party and then will have the leftovers for snacks the rest of the week.
