What to cook with these ingredients?

Anonymous
Obviously, I will not be using all of them, but here are my options:

-ground hot italian sausage (not links)
-ground beef
-kohlrabi
-snap peas
-green beans
-red kale
-zucchini
-tomatoes
-corn on the cob
-green bell peppers

I have staples like onion, garlic, brown rice, etc. (no pasta dishes please).

What would you make? I have never cooked kohlrabi before. When I ordered it I was thinking of rapini for some reason.

Chop peppers, zukes, green beans, onion and garlic. Saute with spices (I was thinking Cajun things like paprika and such but you could also go Italian if you wanted). Cut kale into ribbons and add to the pot. Cook one of the meats however you would normally do that (I'm vegetarian so I don't really know) and mix everything together. Add chopped up tomatoes and cook until everything is well heated. Serve over brown rice.

I would just do burgers with veggies on the side. I'm not a fan of a bunch of veggies cooked together just because you need to use them up.

Can you grill? Grill the corn and zucchini. Are the tomatoes decent? Slice thick and top with s&p and olive oil. Or sautee the green beans with garlic. Save the other stuff for another time.

I would do a slaw like salad with the kohlrabi and snap peas, e.g.:

I would brown the italian sausage with onion then add it to a sauce made from the tomatoes and green bell pepper, e.g.,:

Then freeze.

I would use the corn, zucchini, green beans, and tomatoes and make succotash:

I like kale chopped small cooked in a skillet with bacon. You could eat it as a side then add the rest to a frittata or quiche.

Lastly, I'd make burgers with the ground meat or make meatballs:

You can blend up cooked brown rice and use as a substitute for breadcrumbs.

+1

Go for burgers with grilled veggie kabobs. You could even "kabob" the Italian sausage and ground beef, medeterranian style. Or you could roast zucchini, onions and tomatoes. Turn oven to 425, season sliced veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast for 20 minutes. Toss once after 10 minutes then finish at 20 minutes. MMMM!

Brown the sausage and ground beef and add in the kale, tomatoes and corn (off the cob) and stuff it all in a couple of the bell peppers for stuffed peppers!

I love to do a pasta with sauteed kale, sausage, and cannellini beans.

Hamburgers with tomato slices and corn on the cob

Stir-fry with the peas and peppers

Kohlrabi is great oven-roasted (in thick "fries"), sliced into thin matchsticks and eaten raw (either in a slaw or like jicama to lend crunch on a sandwich) or in soups (diced like potatoes).

I love the hell out of it.

Make this with the kale (instead of spinach), sausage, and tomatoes: http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-polenta-bowl-with-garlicky-spinach-chicken-sausage-amp-poached-egg-recipes-from-the-kitchn-199574

It is DAMN good.

Soup with meatballs and chopped veggies.

Corn(cooked), pepper, and another veggie makes a great mix with oil, vinegar, and cumin(better with some heat-hot peppers and all veggies cut close to the corn size). The sauage and ground beef(equal parts) cook with onions and garlic, make or buy fajita. Cook the rice.
To eat, make a taco with the meat, rice and veggies mix.
