question re oven baked chicken

I want to bake cut up chicken pieces in the oven for a gathering of about 10 people - so probably about 6 lbs of bone in chicken. Will I be able to fit that much chicken into the oven (standard size) at one time? I can't cook in batches since it will take about an hour.

Sure. Just use more than one pan and rack. Probably two pans, two racks, one above the other.

yes, and rotate half way through. Don't forget to crack the door at the end to crisp up the skin.

BTW, I always feed crowds Crisp and Juicy. I call in the morning and tell them I need 4 birds ready at the same time.
