| Add some vanilla and sweetener to Greek yogurt and have with sugar-free jello. Kind of a low-carb blast from the past. |

| Ricotta mixed with a bit do unsweetened cocoa powder, a dash of sweetener and a few shakes of cinnamon. Mix well and serve chilled. |
