Any ideas for good low carb desserts?

I am hanging in, but needing some kind of dessert to add to the mix. Help!

Baked apples, ice cream, maybe even together! Fruit crisps with oatmeal topping, chocolate mousse... Lots of options.

The obvious choice is really dark chocolate. I usually just have a square or two and that's all I need. Usually just a few grams of carbs.

Fresh berries with low fat whipped cream. It's my go to. If you're feeling crazy shave a little bit of dark chocolate over it.

Not low fat whipped cream, whatever that is. Get whipping cream. whip it yourself without adding any sugar.

Ricotta cheese, mixed with a little sweetener (sugar, agave, splenda, whatever you use) and dash of vanilla.

Add some vanilla and sweetener to Greek yogurt and have with sugar-free jello. Kind of a low-carb blast from the past.

Fresh berries with real whipped cream or coconut whipped cream. And a square of dark chocolate.

Ricotta mixed with a bit do unsweetened cocoa powder, a dash of sweetener and a few shakes of cinnamon. Mix well and serve chilled.
