The posters who are adamant she doesn't have an ED are delusional. That theory seems to have the most support. How else do you explain the fact that a woman in her 40s is thinner than she was as a teenager? Or the bandages on her fingers over and over? And her restrictive diet is well known. As is the pressure she faces being on of the most photographed people in the world. ED is also one of the few medical issues that could explain the utter chaos KP seems to be going through.

We know it is highly likely she had a medical issue, but people started wild speculations because KP is behaving so strangely that it seems there is something in addition to medical going on. ED, and her related mental state, is the only medical issue I can think of that would explain everything without bringing in unrelated things like marital problems.

An ED may have been an unhealthy coping mechanism. May or may not be linked to surgery.

Why did they let the doting, protective husband facade drop and why don't they seem to care that this looks negative for him and for the stability of the monarchy at a time when Charles has cancer?

I think people forget how dumb the monarchy really is. They were like this during the Diana tragedy as well. Cavalier and trying to go through life as usual while the country/world was in mourning. They don’t understand that they have to be performative at times and pretend to be emotional.

The people wanted to see Will on one knee crying in front of the hospital. Since they don’t see it, they think the royals are cruel.

People these days think people are like movie characters. They want to see the meltdowns

Right. PR/KP/BP, whoever could have said Kate’s stepping back due to “exhaustion” and 98% of people would have accepted that. The other 2% are impossible to satisfy.

Let’s think about it - after an awhile people would start noticing the fingers which they have now. So what alternatives would she be given?

Surgery? Rehab? Royal Dietician?

They trained her in how to properly speak and curtsy. They likely track every pound she gains and loses. Her clothes are purchased and styled purposefully.

She has little say likely over much of her life even down to her children.

There are multiple narratives that could be spun. They chose one of abdominal surgery and a falsified photo labeled 2024 and supposedly taken by William. We’ve learned it was likely taken that food bank/gift bank day in November.

What was the purpose for a photo shoot of her alone with the kids?

Was an announcement coming? Was it supposed to be before Christmas? Were they supposed to be happily co-parenting at Sandringham?

But if the announcement didn’t happen, what would have caused that?

Maybe the hospital rush on 12/28 was for the kids. Then a planned surgery that would have a quick recovery was to be underway two weeks later anyway.

But the cancelled trips and extended hospital stay play into the divorce. Maybe the details of the divorce are not yet finalized and that photo is being used to show her who’s in power after all. They can destroy her reputation if they want to and this was why she signed it “C” and he used his singular “W” on the announcement he made regarding the war.
