This conversation is from FCV crap coaches and admin to reflect poorly on Rev. There were only two real coaches at FCV for girls. BP and CC. They carried all the others. BC looks pretty good for FCV but really dropped the ball if he is overheating the GA program. Having DR and this new Finney guy is a big gamble as they are both unproven coaches and they are inheriting a group of unproven players. The proof will be in the pudding.

Looks like some of those new coaches are already gone. That was fast. What happened?

The list of coaches is crap with the exception of JH. The rest they (PP) just made up.

JH has no coaching job anymore lol. He's never been stated by Revolution as staff or coach.

Didn’t FCV fire JH for accepting a coaching job with VRSC?

Just because he claimed something doesn't make it true. Who's he coaching, then? He's not listed anywhere I've seen.

You are half correct. JH was listed on the NCSL website coaching a U10G VRSC team. Different coach listed now. Seems quick to get let go so fast?

Why is that hilarious? Wasn’t JH one of the main coaches at FCV? Our girls teams need better coaches so why would we hire one and let them go so fast?

If prices go up at LS as others have said it should be about even.

If you read the print above their travel fee box it also states that each family will pay their team for tournament fees, coaches travel fee and team fees. So the cost they show for travel will be significantly higher once you have paid all those extra fees that aren’t listed. At least VRSC includes those so you know upfront your total cost.

We paid $200 plus jerseys as the only extra cost. No coach's travel this year.

No one can predict it the old FCV coaches will duplicate their success at Revolution or if the new coaches at FCV will be able to maintain what was handed over to them. Will be a few years before we find out.May come down to who does a better job of recruiting or developing a talent pipeline to sustain the older age groups. Common theme in NOVA.

You would think by now VRSC knows which of FCV’s current GA players are following the legacy FCV coaches to VRSC and which are moving to ECNL clubs. As a fan of the old FCV, I hope VRSC quickly becomes the new FCV, just with a different crest.

Expecting instant success for the older age groups for VRSC. Long term success will probably come down to who can can sustain a talent pipeline from the 2012 group on down whether that be through development or attracting talent.

He was 100% fired. FCV emailed the parents about it when it happened that he broke contract for non-compete. He can't coach at VRSC this year and parents were lied to about it when they moved over for weeks while they found a replacement coach.

also heard his name was a placeholder on ncsl. parents know this is a temp
coach, and JH came and watched some of their tourney games as a spectator.

I've heard that he's personally told numerous parents this winter he's showing up 'next week' at Revolution only for his start date to be repeatedly pushed back until Revolution got a replacement coach and then radio silence until last week from JH when it started all over again telling some parents on the DL that he's very definitely showing up eventually this season. Where is he? Not at Revolution that's for sure. He's not an employee there and definitely not coaching.

I feel bad for those kids/parents. You got bait and switched by your coach and new club. Hopefully the 'stand in' coach isn't a glorified rec coach.

I doubt there will be any success for 5 years when the incoming ulittles are old enough for GA. VRSC will get talent on taking GA alone from second team girls and first team benched girls.
