Donald Trump Dementia Evidence 'Overwhelming,' Says Top Psychiatrist

This hurts more than it helps. No evidence is going to be overwhelming. But it's pretty clear that Trump is in cognitive decline, and no one who hasn't assessed him privately can tell if it's MCI (mild cognitive impairment), which is the step before dementia 1-3, or one of the dementia stages. The reason it's hard to tell is that this patient already comes with very obvious narcissism, delusions of grandeur, probably ADHD and dyslexia: apparently he's never read well, hence his fixation on carrying about with him boxes of "important papers", because he wants people to think he reads important documents. His daily briefing in the White House was pared down from the usual dense text to color graphs and pictures, to hold his attention, and because his staff knew he would never read any text. The main reason we know he's in cognitive decline is that his vocabulary, sentence structure and sentence completion have significantly declined over the years. They were in decline when he campaigned for the White House in 2016 compared to how he used to talk, and they have continued to decline, in a visible manner, since. That is the SOLE criteria we can impute directly and exclusively to cognitive decline. The other factors that are usually related to cognitive decline, such as his emotional dysregulation, his obsession with adulation and petty revenge, his fixations on certain topics (windmills, cognitive tests, etc), his inability to empathize, his brazen lies... CANNOT be imputed to cognitive decline directly, as they could with any other patient, because he has always behaved that way, due to his existing personality disorder. His father, a similarly unpleasant character, likely had a personality disorder, and then developed dementia. All these diagnoses have a genetic component, so it makes it more likely that Trump would be at higher risk. Biden has always had a speech disorder, which impairs his word choice and pronunciation. He has shown a significant physical slow-down in recent years, which can be seen in his careful movements, slow speed and general appearance of frailty. His ad-hoc responses are less articulate than previously, and he too, has trouble with sentence structure and completion. However the complexities of his conversations are still at a cognitively high level, much more so than Trump's conversations, in that he is able, as before, to express understanding of several sides of every issue, memorize, list and explain possible actions, acknowledge there are no easy answers, and that global cooperation and diplomacy will always be required. Trump prefers not to offer solutions, but takes the easier option of attacking all his opponents instead, often by mocking attributes they cannot help, using teasing nicknames, and generally hitting below the belt. It's cognitively much easier to do, and makes for great MAGA entertainment. Biden is definitely in physical decline, but his cognitive state probably doesn't qualify for MCI, let alone any stage of dementia. |

Trump always always projects onto others whatever is on his mind and is doing.
So. The more he talks about Biden being in cognitive decline, the more certain I am that Trump is. |

Yup they canceled an Arizona rally in part because of money. https://www.cnn.com/2024/03/20/politics/biden-trump-campaign-contrasts/index.html |
Part money, part cheese brain. |
It's money. Up until a few days ago, they weren't afraid of letting Trump show off his cognitive impairment in front of the entire world. Trump's entourage cannot keep him off the campaign trail - he loves the adulation! Only lack of money can keep him off. Which is great. It means he's going stir-crazy, getting no in-person adulation, waiting for Letitia Monday. Give him as many cheeseburgers as he can stuff in his piehole and as much ketchup as he can throw at the wall. A quick ending before the election would be the simplest solution. |
