Just thinking how differently this unfolded from Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's relationship, who were also coworkers/ cohosts. If TJ + AR were both truly separated before their affair, they certainly could have navigated a better public perception, as everyone was so happy for GS + BS after their broken hearts.

NP I think they were married when their affair and Gwen left the show for a bit if I recall and of course they quickly announced their engagement. Either way you’re comparing a prime time prerecorded show against a daytime daily show, two completely different audiences. They are off the air because they are a distraction to the millions of stay at home people who are now wondering about or being reminded of their own situations.
