I'm 8dp3dt of (1) great 8-cell and (1) not so great multinucleated 4-cell. I was feeling great & hopeful last week, but this second week has been sheer torture due to those stupid pee sticks. My beta is scheduled for 15dp3dt on Monday, 6/9.

Can anyone answer why most of us experience zero progesterone symptoms prior to transfer, but around 6-9dpo they start to taunt us?

Because it's not the progesterone, it's your embryos trying to implant (which they may or may not do successfully).

Hi, OP. Unfortunately you aren't going to read anything here that will be very helpful for you. Each pregnancy's symptoms vary so greatly. For me personally, I had no symptoms at all when I finally got a BFP. This was after experiencing all of the typical pregnancy symptoms when I got BFNs.

Best of luck to you!

Just wanted to let you know I'm right there with you - 7dp5dt here. Beta is Monday and it seems so far off.

For what it's worth - I have no symptoms...and had none for my successful pregnancy. But I've had no symptoms before and ended with BFN so it's a crap shoot.

I really hope they try hard!

I resisted the siren of the pee sticks this morning; of course I'm sitting at work regretting it as I over-analyze and Google symptoms. If Googling symptoms on the internet came with a degree, I'd have a PhD.

Had major pregnancy symptoms last IUI cycle and it was a BFN, this time I only feel incredibly tired. I'm 6dp5dt after NCIVF and I got a faint line on the HPT this morning, so like the PP if Google gave out PhD's for research I have one too! I emailed the clinic and they said it's a bit too soon, but if it is + tomorrow then I can go in for beta on Wed. I'm so excited I thought they were going to lecture me about testing, but they said everyone does it and they do the beta early if it's ++++

On my first pregnancy, had sore boobs...on second and third, nothing at all until weeks after test. Actually I remember- got pregnant on May 16( conceived) and got crazy nauseous on June 9 on flight.... Natural so not sure how days count but that's like 4 weeks. Then last pregnancy got that pregnancy exhaustion the day I missed my period.... My doc said very few get real symptoms before a missed period- most are psycho somatic.... Or in our heads. So don't feel bad either way until you take the blood test.

I had nausea early on with my first pregnancy (successful), just found out I'm pregnant from my ivf and symptoms are very different. Felt nothing for 10 days, then just a few cramps. So don't despair if you have no symptoms!

I've been pregnant twice, the second time with twins. In both pregancies I had ZERO symptoms during the TWW. Nothing, nada, zip. Not even cramping or sore boobs or bloating. Nothing. BFPs that resulted in my three kids.

The only time I had what I thought were pregnancy symptoms, I go BFNs.

When does shady grove have you do beta after a 5 day transfer? I am in the 2ww and don't think they told me when to test. I have sore boobs and super tired but I have read those are often caused by higher levels of progesterone from taking the nightly shots. The only really suspicious pain is that round ligament pain or sharp stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen when I roll the wrong way in bed. I had that early on in another pregnancy- I'm not sure what that means but I don't remember having it on any of my negative cycles.
I agree though with most that you are pumped full of hormones during 2 week wait and also way down on exercise and not drinking caffeine, so all the symptoms could easily be attributed to those things probably. I'm 6 days past a 5 day transfer.
