Does anyone know what kind of GPA is needed to get entrance to this school?

My child does very very well on standardized exams but gets some Bs due to forgetting to turn in HW etc.

What does "push pin" mean?

It's just a formatting error from when the PP copied and pasted from the website. There probably was a pushpin icon serving as the bullet point. Just ignore it.

Is there a practice test?

I've posted this before: We sent our kid to the test prep course held after school at University Park elementary school. Call the school in the Fall about signing up. I know another kid who went to a test prep course at http://www.innovativetestprep.com/

Both kids did well on the test and got into the STEM program at Roosevelt.

So how about Charles Herbert Flowers high school? Does anyone know how that compares with ER? Do you have to go to the one that is for your area?
Anonymous
You have to go to the one you're zoned for. ERHS for north county, flowers for mid-county and Oxon hill for South county.

The cut off scores for Flowers were about 50 points lower than for ERHS. I'm not sure about Oxon Hill.
