| I was going to say YES, absolutely, until I saw that the backyard area is disappointingly small. The inside is fabulous. Out of my price range, sadly. |

I Maybe they want it to escalate. I think it will go fast despite lack of yard. Clearly "staged to sell," though. There's another home around the corner on Brandywine going for about $100k less and it is smaller and needs a lot of updating. |

| For this price All the rooms are cramped and small, terrible rads, horrifyingly small kitchen and the upstairs has a terrible ceiling height. |
