What's the verdict on this Forest Hills home?

Never a shortage of opinions here on Forest Hills. Is this worth it?

I was going to say YES, absolutely, until I saw that the backyard area is disappointingly small. The inside is fabulous. Out of my price range, sadly.

Always a trade off. Probably would have been more with a proper yard and garage.

That price must be a mistake. That'd a hell of a home for that price. Wonderful.

It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. We are a family of 3. No thanks!

I

Maybe they want it to escalate. I think it will go fast despite lack of yard. Clearly "staged to sell," though. There's another home around the corner on Brandywine going for about $100k less and it is smaller and needs a lot of updating.

I hate the renovation. They ruined what could have been a stunning house.

What specifically do you dislike? I see things I might've done differently, but nothing I hate.

4500 square feet in DC is "tiny?"

This house in Sprjng Valley or Wesley Heights / Foxhall would be 3-4m. I really don't get this list price.

The comments on this thread are bizarre. Horrible renovation? Tiny and terrible? Overpriced? Whaaaaat?

For this price All the rooms are cramped and small, terrible rads, horrifyingly small kitchen and the upstairs has a terrible ceiling height.
