| Gosh, I like it! It is a small yard, and it is clearly staged, but I don't think the kitchen is so very small, and the bathrooms are really neat. Windows look much bigger from the inside than the outside! |

Lots of space and looks in good shape. What do people think is holding this house back? I guess if it were mine, I'd spring to get new countertops and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, which probably wouldn't run more than $15k. But other than that, it's not bad. What am I missing? |
