It's a good color. I also like those neon pastel 80s colors. Nice nod to being from Florida - even though in Tampa, where she's from, people don't really dress like that.

It's a terrible cut. The whole thing looks ridiculous for a White House briefing. She looks totally unserious. Which I guess is the point.

Nope. Terrible color on her and for a press secretary to be wearing at all. Bright colors, plus orange fake tan, plus bleached brassy hair are just all kinds of wrong in the context of press secretary.

Without getting into your personal feelings on her or her former work and style choice- only judging the outfits and style during her time as First Lady, she is largely on point and stylish.
