All but maybe two players in dc's team go out and get extra practices in on their own and also their parents pay for extra training at one of the academies (false 8, hp elite, etc) and/or private coaches. When they show up to team practices, coaches don't have to spend valuable time on individual development because the kids already put in work. The coach can focus on collective development, advanced drills, and tactics.

Stop with all this "top team gets more respect". They put in the work and continue putting in the work to get there. Practices are same amount of time. Parents and players get nothing extra except a patch and harder competition.

The problem is numerous posts claimed she was some mysterious Valor admin pretending with lies. The only way to prove herself was to post way too much detail. There is Zero way to win here.

I'm happy her son made the team at SLHS. Is it easier to make the sports teams there? Kids from that same team--valor 09 --tried out for at our school and didn't make JV last year. Not sure about this year.

you have to realize the 09 team had to be rebuilt when those boys hit 9th grade. (7 grade and 8th grade years top players left) Valor couldn't replace that massive talent loss. So no unexpected that there are boys who don't belong at RL level.
