I used to have a cute bubble butt in college. If I buy the right jeans, I can have an "okay" butt, but it's flat and doesn't curve out much if at all. It's soft and not muscular either.
What can I do to a) add muscle and firmness to my butt, and b) make it curve out in pants? I'm not above wearing padded panties! I saw some online at Fredericks.com, so I know they're out there. Anyone tried anything that worked? Exercise and/or intervening products!!?? Summer is coming up too and there's no padding a bikini bottom. Or *is* there???? |
| Ride a bike and/or roller skate! After doing these things regularly for a while, my butt started to strain my jeans, and not in a bad way. |

Lunges. All varieties. Walking lunges, rotating lunges, yoga lunges. Lunges.
Squats. Squats and squats and squats. But you have to have good form. Weight is in your heels. Then pretend you have to pee and you are in the filthiest bus station ever. Some people still do that hands and knees fire hydrant stuff, but I'm not sure it's effective. The stairmaster or the stepmill targets the butt, too. |
| I have the opposite problem, but when I was at Dillards (I'm guessing most big dept stores would have this stuff too) trying on bras one day another customer was there trying the butt padding and it really did look good when she put her pants on over it. |

Well the good news is butt muscle can be rebuilt! I always have trouble isolating glutes when I exercise. I feel the burn later everywhere except my butt. Lunges I feel in the right place so I'll start doing those throughout the day.
Cheek implants - - yikes! PP, have you had that done? And I still like padded panties in the meantime! |

| stairmaster or elliptical for sure. And wear jeans with prominent pockets on the back or any kind of embellishment. These make your butt look bgger |
