I think it is nice. I don't like the style of the one bathroom, the cabinets are odd, but I like the other features.
I went to the open house. Nice house. Surprised that it's not under contract yet.
It's ugly as hell from the outside, but someone did a nice job getting it ready for a flip. I'd be concerned about the quality of some of the repairs (did they do anything to update the electrical or plumbing). But, for the price, it seems like a lot of house. I know nothing about the neighborhood.
nice neighborhood, ok school, it is ugly from the outside though
Really? I think it is a gorgeous exterior. LOVE the door.....beauty in the eye of the beholder. |
Bad schools, and tiny rooms. I think the layout of the living room would be difficult to have anything bigger than a small loveseat.
I don't like it. Not enough windows, and what there are are badly placed. The neighboring house closely overlooks the rear deck.
Price is amazing for what it is. I'd jump on it - hard to believe not under contract
I hate it. Too many different woods going on. No clear style.
It's a great neighborhood, one of my favs in AC.
It's been one owner since 1993--that wouldn't raise any warning bells for me, repair wise. Looks like they were expecting multiple offers--says they'd be reviewing them yesterday. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go under contract today or tomorrow.
I don't know -- we bought our house from people who had owned it for more than 30 years. They clearly had mailed it in on maintenance for a decade or more, and we needed to fix a bunch of stuff before we could move in.

I don't care for the look of the outside (the original structure is ugly, although they have done a decent job with what they were given) and I don't like the weird bathroom cabinet, but the rest of the inside looks nice.

Wow! I had actually seen this posting and did not expect much. It is a deal. Awesome neighborhood - we have lost several bids there already. I'm calling my realtor.
