| Cute house for the price point, but I don't think I'd be comfortable living that close to Rt. 7. That's just a lot of noise and potential cars. If I wanted to live just off a busy city-feel street, I'd want more walkable restaurants and shopping, if I'm in the 'burbs, I want the advantages of bigger lot and less traffic. |

i think the exterior is ugly also, but i think it could be helped. Maybe some window boxes and redo the porch/portico thing...not sure what you call it.
Price seems good! |
| Adorable for sure love the master suite and the dining room. Potential for improvement with he basement and great yard. Surprised this is not already under contract for this hood. Especially with the park across the street. Wish we were ready to move would pounce on his one. |
| That house has a face! |
And it's smiling. |
| Doesn't matter what I think since it is under contract. |
| Daggonit. Would have jumped on that one if I had seen it. Amazing...especially at the price. |
| PP here, remind me what "no kick out" means. Is it possible this will fall through and be back up? |
| Those schools would mean budgeting for private. |
"No kick out" means that unless this offer falls through, they won't go to backup offers. If the current contract doesn't go through (due to inspection, appraisal contigencies, etc.), then they would look to back-up offers, but more likely just re-list. |
Almost. Just MS is not great. MacArthur is wonderful, and TC is good if your kid is. |
TCW has it's struggles for all. Rachetness abounds. You can't just sit in a classroom all day. Just reality. |
| Schools aside - great neighborhood. Great house. Great price. I am watching this one. |
| Love. |
+1. And FWIW I just bought in the area and that house is a steal. |
