| a lot of the pics look like he's trying to make it an ad for piton lol |
Agreed. And, honestly, none of th photos would entice me to go to St Lucia. The scenary is not as pretty as I would imagine, I don't drink so I am not sure what I would do. |
Same. He seems like a really nice guy but it would be strange for my tout guide to drink at most meals on a vacation I spent $3k for. I would also not be interested in eating tuna salad sandwiches for breakfast. |
+1 Yes! I sorta feel bad for the couple. I keep hoping the weird vacation is over soon Agreed that Slim seems like a cool dude, but the way he's marketing his new business...very odd indeed. Nothing about it would make me want to buy a package.

And Instagram. |
Yeah, I think he's trying to show them the "real deal" St. Lucia, like places where he'd hang out as a native. But, I agree, some of the places seem a little sketchy. The couple does not look like they are having fun in most of the pics! |

From an interview published yesterday from hot 99.5 program director Tommy Chuck...I don't know when the interview was done, but Danni is mentioned.
The whole interview is here: http://www.fmqb.com//Article.asp?id=2993715 Herr is a snippet. Interviewer: HOT’s talent line-up is very solid. What are the strongest assets of your staff that truly differentiates them from anyone else on the radio during their given day-parts? Tommy Chuck: The Kane Show is as real as it gets. Kane, Danni, John, Rose and Erick are always right on target and keep things moving in the morning. Each cast member represents a different segment of the audience and they do a great job demonstrating that the show appeals to many different types of people in a real natural way. Toby Knapp is a future hall-of-fame talent who is always looking for what’s next. D.C. is the worst city for traffic in America and his traffic reports are famous! Our night host, Elizabethany is special. She’s local and IS the target demo. She’s amazingly talented on all platforms and does all the stuff that most just talk about doing. They are all so coach-able and this team really is a dream to coach. I just mentioned the names most people know, but I’m blessed to have an all-star group of role players like Kim Wood and Sydney Galkin who are promotion Rock-stars. Darrin Marshall produces our imaging and does an incredible job keeping us sounding fresh. Jerry Houston leads our digital efforts and has helped us grow our audience on all platforms." |
| Toby Knapp's "traffic reports" are atrocious. Tommy Chuck is delusional. |

| I agree with all the comments about the vacation. Slim seems like a nice, low drama type of guy but the entire thing seems odd. And I really have to wonder what type of person would buy this package. I feel like some super fan of the show might buy it if they LOVED danni and were planning on taking an island trip anyways, but she isn't even there! And if I were a couple on vacation I wouldn't want my tour guide with me every second, it's like a third wheel. Just really bizarre. |
| What are we making of Danni's new Facebook post? |

Edited post from Danni's Facebook... "1. I'm sorry for my lack of responding etc. 2. I'm not good at silence nor would I ever choose to be. 3. I gave it to God 4. I believe in Karma 5. I love you. Edit: My priority has ALWAYS been the Kane show. Don't let people make you believe otherwise." Last line is very telling. |

1. I'm sorry for my lack of responding etc. 2. I'm not good at silence nor would I ever choose to be. 3. I gave it to God 4. I believe in Karma 5. I love you. Edit: My priority has ALWAYS been the Kane show. Don't let people make you believe otherwise...in short you don't walk away from your priority. |
