Indy 11-5
Madison 8-7

Indy 12-6

States were exactly what we thought in March

Oakton moves into the conversation next year, YT will be very good, Indy falls back, Battlefield, Madison, Robinson reload.

Other than the "regular" contenders we see every year. Are there any teams that could have that great 1-year run with a special senior class? Like Lake Braddock had in 2023.

I'd be surprised if there are 15 total goals in the Robinson/Madison game. Both teams are defense first and methodical on offense. The first meeting was Madison 5-4.

Why Oakton?

8-6 Robinson seems right.

For peeps that have seen Independence -- do they normally play huge chunks of their games in zone? Do they not trust their defense to play man to man or 1 v 1 vs. decent teams, or is it they just are normally great at zone and Friday was a one off?

Yorktown, obviously, will be great offensively next season. Better than this season and they were very good.

Great seems like a stretch. They lose their #2 and #3 goal scorers, almost 80 goals worth of production. Who does Randles pass to?

If I were setting lines for these semi finals, I would go with

Spread Total Moneyline
Robinson -1.5 O 11.5 -115
+100 +100

Madison +1.5 U 11.5 +100
-125 -120

Indy -4.5 O 19.5 -320
-120 -110

Cosby +4.5 U 19.5 +240
-105 -110

Predictions of 5+ goal win by Indy is good news for Cosby. There were probably a dozen or more of those vs YT, but more @ 7-9 goals, too. And they escaped with their lives.

Cosby probably licking their chops.

They bring back their first two lines of mids, one who will probably move down to attack. The third attack spot is up for grabs.
