say goodbye to your abs, your face (you will get jowls) and say hello to heart disease, diabetes and early death. oh yes, also 200% higher chance of breast cancer.

you're welcome.

I realized that my immigrant experience has allowed me to be a "prepper" and I am fabulous at cooking wonderful meals, sewing masks, giving haircuts, planning and executing shopping expeditions, homeschooling kids, taking care of our elderly, taking on the medical establishment, cleaning the house and doing beauty treatments home. Many years of making silk purses out of sow ears have meant that this is not all that difficult. My American-born kids are learning skills from me that they previously pooh-poohed.

My dh has finally been called back in to work and I am so excited about him being gone.

OMG she is drinking more than usual for what will likely just be a few months. Assuming her habits go back to normal she is unlikely to be doomed. FFS

Please take your coconut water and go elsewhere, you hysterical teetotaler. You sound incredibly boring and judgmental. So many fake doctors and crackpot scientists on these threads lately.

Good. She needs to earn a living. Thank you for helping another hard working person.

Pay her in advance and tell her not to come. Wait a month.

Meatloaf joined DCUM.

Do you really think this is going to be over in a month? My crystal ball says “no.”

I sell stuff on marketplace and put on the same mask meeting with customers, especially if they have an Asian name. For Hispanic-name customers, I don't, because I know they won't wear one either.
I also went inside a friend's house and had tea with her and we walked her dog (she has a family but they didn't interact with me much).

when our twins were little, I used to tell my DH I was going to the gym, drive to the gym, and take a nap in the gym parking lot.

I used to drive to the gym to take showers and sit in the hot tub.

You’re not alone.

I hope social distancing continues until at least July so I can enjoy my backyard pool in peace without having to deal with mooching neighbors or lazy neighbors who send their kids over to be entertained.

Oh I understand this. I am so sick of being "supervised".
