I don’t think he’ll be gone for a while. No one great to replace him with.

Mick Mulvaney! He can easily handle a third job and he’s even more of a jerk than Mr. Kelly.

He would fit right in this clown car.

Ah yes, Mulvaney. I remember when he "accidentally" forgot to pay $15k in taxes to the nanny he and his wife hired to care for their newborn triplets, because he didn't consider her job "real work".

In most administrations that would be a deterrent to his being hired. In this administration, he fits right in.

What a slogan for a business card...5th choice in an administration of loonies.

Hope Hicks was not President Trump's first choice for White House communications director. Or his second. Or his third.

Trump effectively dumped the job on Hicks, following a string of disappointments. Jason Miller quit before Trump was sworn in. Mike Dubke resigned after three months. Anthony Scaramucci was fired after 10 days. Sean Spicer filled in the gaps but was on his way out by the time Scaramucci imploded, leaving Hicks — a member of Team Trump since the earliest days of the 2016 campaign — the impossible task of managing the messaging of this White House.

Trump lied and did so many shameless things, I forgot this one: "As a businessman, he so desperately wanted to control his own messaging that he sometimes posed as his own spokesman in telephone interviews, under the assumed name John Barron or John Miller."

It's no wonder Trump has only "the best people" working for him.
As the outcry stretched into a new week, the president and his staff were still divided in describing the episode’s import. Mr. Trump has expressed sympathy for Mr. Porter and none for the two ex-wives who have accused him of physically abusing them. Despite photographs showing one of the women with a black eye, Mr. Trump on Friday emphasized that Mr. Porter had protested his innocence, and on Saturday he complained that a “mere allegation” could ruin someone without due process.

If a publication as stodgy as American Banker is already contemplating Mulvaney as CoS, I guarantee that General Kelly is a dead man walking:

Trump blocked one of Porter's ex-wives, Jennie Willoughby, on Twitter because she called him out for supporting abusers.

Jeez, looking at the pic of his wife’s black eye. Those “mere allegations” trump talks about sure pack a punch.

What a horrible person. How can anyone defend that scumbag?
