I think people are just excited.

It's not our fault if she sat out some elections.

Right? I'm 60 and I voted for Reagan in '84.

There are rumors Trump is already regretting his VP choice JD Vance and his misogyny . That could hurt Trump with voters namely undecided women

55% of white women voted for Trump in 2016. He’s good.

Why do you all refuse to recognize the 2020 election? Trump only won white women by two points and that was before Dobbs.

No, Biden won women 57-42. It wasn't even close. And yes, that was pre-Dobbs.

That’s women, not white women.

White women need healthcare too. Idaho had to close whole hospital OB departments and turn away healthy pregnancies because of their crazy laws. Post-Dobbs America is a different place.

Oh I agree. Just pointing out that the figures people were arguing about were measuring different things. Of course Biden won women, he turned the gender gap into a Grand Canyon. And he came way closer to winning white women than Hillary did in 2016.

Hey speaking of 2016, more than 20 million boomers and up have died since that election and 41 million Gen Zers have become old enough to vote.

When was it required that woman HAD to have kids. Every single black woman who ascends are told that they were DEI hires. Ketanji Brown Jackson, a judge who had more experience than any other justice when they joined the court was completely disrespected. She has turned out to be amazing.

For all those who thought that black men were moving to Trump, the Rs couldn't help help themselves but to be horrible which is why 54,000 black men were on a call last night in support. They don't even like her, but Rs went after her.

We are about to experience the most horrific, racist crap thrown at not just at VP Harris, but at all black women. It is incumbent on white people, especially white women like myself to be a bulwark against these smears.

The only teeny tiny sliver of hope I see this is that Americans don’t like to see themselves as being a racist country and I think it’s going to be a bridge too far for some people.

I didn’t say anything about misogyny because Americans are fine with that.

I don’t think the great James Carville would recognize the Dem Party of today.

Trust me that Carville recognizes the “Dem Party” of today because I get multiple emails from him every day fundraising for “Dem Party” candidates.

If it is any consolation my White dad who is not remotely woke and voted for Romney, is completely disgusted by the discourse in the GOP right now around Biden and Harris. My dad was never a Trump supporter and has been voting Dem since 2016, but yeah I believe these absurd, hateful attacks are turning off a lot of people, even conservative leaning White people. Whether it will be enough to defeat Trump is another question, but yeah the GOP is totally gross right now and lots of people can see that.

I thought the zoom call only supported 40K?

The women’s call Sunday night ended up with 44K. Not sure about the men’s.

You can read her website since you clearly have internet access. But to sum up why I’ll be voting for her— she’s running on protecting my right and the rights of my daughters and nieces to access healthcare and not bleed to death in bathrooms or land in the ICU because we’ve been denied basic care.

How is she going to do that? It's a state-by-state basis after Dobbs, and she as president will have no control over the states that have stripped the rights of your daughters and nieces. She isn't Congress and the president isn't a monarch. What is she going to do? The rights are already stripped - Democrats whom I voted for let that happened when they refused to codify Roe.

It's a serious question. How is she going to do that?

We’re hoping that Thomas and Alito kick the bucket so she can appoint new SCOTUS and change the balance again.

Her platform is “hope two people die while my party controls the Senate”?

You can’t be serious.

And, again, as someone who votes for Dems…the conservatives are smart enough to time their justices’ retirements. Unlike RBG.

Seriously, for the party of constitutional democracy, pushing through this nominee without an open convention and then making a bunch of empty promises that cannot materialize under the constitution, this is sending quite the message.

If you want moderates to stay home in November, this is a great way to do it.

he shrugged when asked the question of whether he'd leave NATO or not.

So, what you are saying is that if other countries don't pay up, then he will ensure that the US leaves NATO, which is what Putin wants.

Is that what you are saying?

please.. moderates don't care about how the primaries are handled more than the state of this country. If they think Harris is better than Trump, they'll vote that way.

The border is fine. These problems are GOP fiction. Trump will have a serious melt down when Harris destroys him in November.

Border is fine lol and no problem with crime you Dems are crazy

Crime spiked in 2020 before Biden and has been falling ever since.

Yes, the BLM riots were in 2020.

Yeah? Scalia conspired with Mitch McConnell to hold up his replacement. Fascinating insight.

It had been on a steady climb under Trump.
