+1 Anyone thinking that once Republcians take over things will be like normal ie playing by three branches of government, is not listening. |
Try again. Votes are public. Your boys have voted no for all Boarder anything. This is easy moron learn to use the internet properly. PUBLIC RECORD every single vote by both parties. Republicans voted NO. So spare us your misinformation or utter garbage. And that wall your boy said he would build every contractor they hired jailed and or indicted. Ask the families in the boarder town who the problem is with. It is not Dems fact. |
I mean the Supreme Court is literally about to rule that hospitals can be prohibited from performing abortion care even in the case of emergencies. The state of Idaho is literally suing to force hospitals to sit in their hands while women die. Don't tell me "Republicans wouldn't" because look what they've already done. |
True! |
The wall obsession ignores that 2/3 of cases are visa overstays anyway. But the big dumb boogeyman and simple (but functionally useless) ideas like walls are easy slogans. |
This thread illustrates the political dysfunction that exists in this country. One one hand you have people giving calm, reasoned responses and on the other people have resorted to name calling, all caps yelling, and hyperbole. There used to be a day where people could actually rationally discuss differences in opinion and it’s sad that day has long since passed. Now if you don’t share someone’s viewpoint you’re a moron, idiot, un-American 🙄 |
Either you posted on the wrong thread, or you're a bot. |
The poster is mad that they can't rebut facts, so they're accusing people of name calling. Because apparently citing Supreme Court cases is uncivil. |
Still waiting to see how that results in a national ban. |
DP. When people with power make public statements that they are trying to restrict or eliminate people's access to contraception, I take them at their word. It might be a debating point to you, but it's real life to me. |
I'm sorry - you told me that someone has proposed a national ban. I'm still looking for where that is proposed. Because thinking Griswold, which was about a state contraception ban, was speciously reasoned is not the same thing as ushering in a national ban. |
Yeah, it's a debating point to you. |
You didn’t read the whole thread and all the links in it. |
Many, many Republicans consider the most reliable forms of birth control to be abortifacients. Stop arguing here about it and just read that whole thread. There’s lots and lots of evidence there. |
I admire you for not letting facts and reality stand in the way of your convictions. |
