This is consistent with what Gary Shapley has testified to.
There were 6 witnesses in the room when Weiss made the comments that Gary Shapley claims he made.
Shapley, and any other whistleblower, can be prosecuted for making false statements as part of a complaint.
All 6 of those present need to be questioned. Under oath.

The New York Times actually went out and found a 3rd person that confirmed the 2 whistleblowers views. They didn’t mention that for most of the article but hey, a first step, is a first step.
