What to serve for Easter brunch/lunch?

Anonymous
So, it looks like I'm hosting Easter brunch/lunch immediately following mass. I'm a hot mess in the kitchen, so I need to pull together something easy. Thoughts?

Can you have it catered from somewhere like Balduccis?

What should I order if I have it catered?

I'm happy to cater some of it, but I'll likely pull together some things myself. Here's the thing: we've always done a big dinner at my mom's, but this year it's brunch/lunch at my house immediately following mass...so everyone will be hungry as soon as they walk in the door.

Wondering what other folks serve at their Easter brunch/lunch.

Here is what I did for Easter a couple of years ago that can be made ahead and pulled together easily:

Start with a veggie platter or cheese plate or I usually do an Ina Garten smoked salmon spread

Honey Baked Ham
Biscuits/Rolls
Fruit Salad
Pasta salad
Green salad

Dessert of your choosing

Everything can be made ahead except for fruit salad. I buy whole fruit a few days ahead (melon and pineapple especially). I then cube fruit early that AM, hull strawberries, etc first thing in the AM and throw it all together as soon as I get home.
