2 Bedroom house for $1M?

http://franklymls.com/DC8303187 AU park houses usually sell fast, but I'm not sure if this one will. Families want to live in this neighborhood and I'm not sure this is a "family" house. It will be interesting to see what happens.....

2 bedrooms? Hell to the no.

It will sell.
There has been nothing on the market the last six months in AU Park. Maybe 2 houses per month, if that.

Couldn't some of those other odd rooms be used as bedrooms?

^ I know not officially, no closet, but it looks like there's plenty of room.

I don't think so. It's 1700 square ft.

If you look at the virtual tour you can see the floor plan it's very odd

OMG, yes. Everyone needs to click on the virtual tour. That is a hot mess. First, the kitchen is right off the front door. Second, you have to go through the living room, side porch and sitting room just to get to the family room. That is so weird.

No garage? Not even a driveway? Come on.

It is a lovely street and really nice from the outside. Most AU park houses don't have driveways or garages. We have alleys and folks park on the street.

I recently bought a house near this listing. A $1 million house in AU Park usually has off-street parking.

This is a beautiful part of the neighborhood and the house looks like it actually has a lot of space.

We have a garage as do most of our neighbors and no one uses them.

I agree that many don't use the garages as street parking is so easy but they're still there.
