Obviously. They don’t care about anything. All their “lock her up” and “BENGHAZI!!1!” was just show.

Nothing wrong here. Trump does not like paying his lawyers. So his lawyers can just give the classified documents to these other countries and get paid by them. It’s a win win. Trump law is now in effect.

That was fast -- 11th circuit has given TFG's team until Tuesday to respond to DOJ's motion to block the classified documents from being part of the Special Master's review. Same day they have to appear before Dearie.

Are they up to the task? LOL

Meaning what? Does the 11th C move this fast normally? What does their rapid response signify?

Why wouldn't TFG's lawyers be able to respond by Tuesday?

Can someone please explain to me how an inexperienced Federal District Court judge in Florida has the power to stonewall and sideline an entire FBI/DOJ investigation into TFG and national security?

How does she have jurisdiction over this case?

Her decisions are so clearly wrong in this case. Why is she not called out for sloppiness and disregard for precedent? Isn't there a way to impeach her for gross misconduct?

I'm not a lawyer, so I don't understand this. Please, someone with knowledge, explain how this happened. Thx

Have you seen his team?

Rapid response means they seem to recognize the significance of having those classified dox sitting around unsecured in boxes at a resort apparently open to spies.

Who are the judges in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals? Are they decent human beings?

I'm asking again: Could someone please explain this to me, in legal terms.

Thanks.

Entirely normal when dealing with a request for emergency stay.

I don’t know how many judges there would be, so that doesn’t mean anything to me.
