| The roads are TERRIBLE and won't be better by 10 am because it won't be any warmer. School should be shut. Will all buses be running? When staff is given the choice of unscheduled leave you know they know they should have closed. |

No, WMATA is not running the buses. This is a poor, poor decision. Maybe political pressure from the mayor's office to get one Obama to Powell and the other Obama to Yu Ying. |
