What to make for bake sale?

Any ideas? I don't want to make the usual suspects (cupcakes, cookies, brownies), but I do want to make something that people will want to buy. Difficulty: would like something that's not too difficult or time-consuming to make.

Rum balls, fudge, peanut brittle ( if nuts are allowed), sweet potato/ bacon and cheddar biscuits, pecan tassies.

Rice Krispie treats. Plain or get creative and add a layer of chocolate on top. Or make them with another cereal like Fruity Pebbles.

7 layer bars. You can even buy the kit to make them so everything is premeasured.
