Tell me about the yummy breakfast you made this morning

I love snow days! So cozy. This morning we had scrambled eggs, bacon, baguette toast, and freshly squeezed orange juice. I love not having to rush around. I love being leisurely and having the luxury to cook, which happens so infrequently.

What did you have? Did you make something special?

I just finished making a pumpkin bread from a mix purchased at Trader Joe's. Delicious, moist balance of spicy and sweet. Divine and so easy!

I agree. TJ's has really good mixes. Have you tried their truffle brownie one? So good... can def pass for homemade.

Slept in until 11 and DH is still asleep, so no breakfast per se. But I did bake a delicious from-scratch lemon loaf last night to enjoy with my coffee.
