What did you have? Did you make something special?

I opened a box of Frosted Flakes, poured some in a bowl, added some skim milk, and spooned it into my mouth. Then I shoveled snow.

Ugh so jealous. I had a cup of coffee. Made a quick sandwich for lunch, now it's back to trying to work while also keeping an eye on my nine month old. Someone come over and cook for me, please!

Belgian waffles with fresh fruit, whipped cream and maple syrup. With my Calphalon waffle maker and Mollie Katzen's recipe for a pre-made mix I can get waffles on the table in less than 10 minutes. I marvel every time I do this. The recipe is in Sunlight Cafe.
