Based on the standings this seems pretty plausible. 06, I would give to VDA but the rest is seems realistic. A couple games could go either way like the 03/04 game. Both seem pretty even on paper. It is likely that odd years go to Union and even years go to VDA.

Same goes to Richmond, these teams are not fully committed. Postponing games when conditions don’t work for them.

Cancelled is not the right term. Rescheduled due to field mgmt incompetence is more accurate.

McLean canceled the 06 and 03/04 games today against VDA just before the 11:00 game, apparently because McLean said the field had been double-booked for a State Cup game. Some are wanting that to be a forfeit by McLean, which it should be. McLean mismanaged their fields, required their opponents to travel to their fields before realizing the mistake, then canceled. McLean should be held accountable - forfeit and lose the points. Moreover, both McLean and VDA play opponents tomorrow, making them each fresh whereas their opponents will have played an extra game. That's not insignificant for kids at 04/03 and 06 and it creates an unfair advantage.

If the kids want to play at a re-scheduled date, it should be as a friendly match, not an ECNL match.

DP - I agree with this. They cheat. It’s the McLean way. Their club is not doing so hot in the ECNL right now. Anything to get an advantage. Cheeeeeeeters come out and plaaaayyyyaaaa.
