as you know, bridges have been burned and are clearly irreparable. I’ve supported you through these hires but as you also know, not too many people lining up for this role at this level of compensation. You also know TSJ’s involvement is for exposure. No financial dividend asked for or provided. Plus, the geographical synergies are in play here. I hope you stay on with the new package to be offered. Should be compelling given where you are at today. Don’t be naïve to think that there are not discussions about the links to Spirit.

You are seriously negotiating a low ball offer with me over DCUM?

Between ED, MB and SR. Yes but not a low ball. We value what you bring to the table and want the partnership to continue.

What partnership do we have if I’m not included in the talks and am being negotiated with over an anonymous forum? Why kind of legitimate company conducts business this way?

He thinks he will get the post at MYS when the current MYS TD retires. Who doesn’t want to just be handed (another) top club and claim success.

Anyone care to speculate who this conversation is between and what they are talking about?

Sure, that is a made up conversation by an anonymous poster between BP and that same anonymous poster in a since-deleted thread, but not before someone copied/pasted it over on TS.

Doubt it. Mclean is known as toxic. 30+ kids on rosters. Many no play time. If your a top player - you get love. Otherwise, enjoy the wood. Bethesda has strong teams and longer drive to get to. ASA parents wont sit in traffic.

Made up? What makes you think that? Looks legit to me. Probably has to do with BP trying to get the ASA opening

Someone archived it to TS. You can read and decide for yourself.

Agree, definitely a toxic environment with questionable ethics and morals. Glad for my kid to have moved on from there.

We ran from this club after it was apparent the coaches are fighting over which player they brought in and blacklisting kids that other coaches ID. We have our own children and don't need extra kids in their 40's and 50's.

the only good coach on the boys side is the technical director who coaches u16+ age groups. if your kid can make it on his team you're lucky otherwise look elsewhere. if your kid wants to play professionally or in college this is not the club to be at. this club gets scraps of kids who can't play in mlsnext or on the better ecnl teams. the girls side has issues, but at least they get results and girls getting recruited to college.
