Parents. Not parent's. OMG. |
....and liberals say conservatives are heartless? Just wow. |
Poster One's Concern: Parents are left with a son in a persistent vegetative state. Poster Two's Concern: Poster One accidentally inserted an apostrophe into the word "parents." |

I feel SO sorry for that young man. (Well, now he knows nothing, so I feel sorry for his parents.) Did any of you see him pleading for mercy from the North Korean court? And can you even imagine (I can't) the level of torture he endured that actually brought on a cardiac episode? How can you liberals have no compassion for a young college kid who did a stupid thing, yet defend the stupid young welfare mother who keeps popping out kid, after kid, after kid, and demand that she is entitled to her own apartment and can buy lobster and manicures if she wants? (I'm pulling from another thread.) |

But North Korea is not a "trouble zone" and is not the Philippines or Iran (unless we are talking Iran in 1973). And NO ONE ALIVE has dual has dual citizenship with any country and North Korea. |
| This is really tragic -- and I have complete sympathy for his parents and for his life cut short. I honestly can't even imagine. The lesson here is though -- don't go to NK. Seriously folks. Its not a tourist attraction. |
This kid did the equivalent of climbing Mount Everest. And "adventure"? I guess. Safe??? NO. Can we get you back when something goes wrong, which it does for some people every year? Maybe not. |
Lesson learned, the hard way.

Lesson for the rest of us. For him -- its just tragic. |
I think the tour company should be shut down. |

Maybe because that is their base and they need to pad the numbers at the ballot box? |
