I've followed many mommy bloggers over the years who lost their "careers" because they were ordered by the court to stop blogging about the kids (Suburban Bliss, Notes from the Trenches, Ann Grant's blog, etc.). Melissa at Suburban Bliss had it ordered during her divorce and custody cases that she could no longer blog about her kid's lives and benefit/make money off of them. Ann Grant blogged about her on-going court case until the judge ordered her to stop. Another mom was ordered to not post anything on Facebook about her kids and full custody was awarded to the father because of her open-book lifestyle.

Since Peter is considered a public figure and Natasha made money off her blog, it's completely possible that she was ordered to no post anything case or child related until things are settled.

It wouldn't make sense for Kane to be allowed to post photos of the girls but Natasha can't. I can see her being barred from blogging about them, but I can't see how she wouldn't be allowed to post pics of them on IG.

I know we will probably never know the answer to this but it makes very little sense that the girls live with him in a bachelor pad style apartment when they own a beautiful 1.5 M dollar house.

It is a large, luxury apartment rented to the tune of several thousand a month; hardly a rundown one-room tenement and it may very well have three bedrooms. I'm sure they are fine there.


It is his and his ex's choice to keep paying for a 7-bedroom spread - incredibly stupid, I think, but I suppose they have the money for two luxury and/or oversized residences and all of their other expenses. Natasha is making out VERY well from this!

I just realized I haven't listened to the Kane Show in nearly 3 years. I used to be fanatical to the point where I would download every day's episode so I could listen in it's entirety. Once Mel left that's when things changed for me. Plus other dramatic junk.

Not much substance to my post, just came to the realization while I was perusing the entertainment section.

I was wondering the same. Short of a major mental breakdown, I don't see why she would just completely disappear, unless she really doesn't want to admit to everything that has happened (losing custody, house, substance abuse, etc), so it's easier to just stay away.

Oh don't believe "everything that has happened" i.e. what Pete wants you to believe. Anyone on the other end of his wrath understandably could have a mental breakdown just from his games alone. I hope she exchanged her silence for a truckload of his cash.

So I found this old War of the Roses, three months after Kane started...what I find incredibly interesting is the argument he had with a caller after the Roses was over. Obviously the Roses is staged, but I don't think the calls he takes after are staged. So I don't think it was staged/part of the Roses, I think he was genuinely angry at the person on the other line. Around 17:30 you can really hear him lose his temper. Makes you wonder.

I wouldn't be surprised. He seems much less engaged on-air than he used to be. He only responds to Kane and sounds annoyed or bored whenever Riley or Rose talks.
