That won't work. She's screens the calls, records them, and THEN plays it on air.

Radio is a dying business...like newspapers. They simply can't afford on air talent.

#1 they'll replace her. Possibly with someone new that hasn't been in the industry TOO long that they can pay cheaply
#2 they won't move Rose, or if they do they'll find someone to replace her down in Florida. Since FLZ is like the second home for TKS they always try to keep someone in Tampa now. Kinda like how Elvis Duran has Froggy in Miami.
#3 it's funny that people keep saying radio is a dying industry. It's not so much a dying industry as it's just become harder and more cut throat. Radio still makes a TON of money. Advertisers still pay out of the nose to get their ads to run during the morning and afternoon drive. The only difference between radio now and 20 years ago from an industry prospective is a lot less new blood. Use to be that you could get into radio by doing overnights, and then Computer automation came and they cut the overnight shift and replaced a live person with computer automation or someone voice tracking. Also no one is retiring. There's a guy in my area who's been doing radio for 50 years and has stated that he'll never retire, the only way he's leaving radio is when he dies. That's why whenever I meet someone who says they wanna do radio I say, "Yeah good luck with that. Get ready to be a board operator for 5+ years."

did anyone hear the Roses this morning? I have started listening again with Danni gone. It was the most unbelievable scenario. I actually wanted to call in and yell at them. We all know it's fake but this was beyond stupid. I was happy to get out of my car while it was still playing.

No chance! We are talking about the most over-sharing radio host on the planet. He decided to tell the story of his divorce in high detail when there was just some social media gossip about it and nothing on the show really alluded to a potential divorce. He so easily could have kept his mouth shut about that.

If Danni is off the show officially, mark my words, Kane will have a "family meeting" so he can say HIS side of it and try his best to clear his name just like what happened with Mel. Sure, Danni might do her darnedest to defend herself too as much as she can contractually, but I really think there is no way Kane will just sweep it under the rug and let speculation continue that he is the reason the last 3 women have left the show.
