For the past eight years, everybody had to wait for a coordinated response to everything Trump said (usually came within 48 hours or so). The "you won't have to vote again" took longer because nobody knew what to do with it, but it seems like they've settled on "that's Trump, he's joking". The MAGA defenses throughout this thread have been awful.
