No, Joe was not planning on running at all. He bought a retirement house and was planning on living there 8 months out of the year. It was only because Trump was so awful that he decided to come out or retirement to run for President, and that certainly wasn't in 2018.

Face it, when Biden said his kid wasn't involved with China, he meant it. He had no idea, wasn't informed of it and wasn't a part of it. Now you are trying to project and ascribe all of this BS on to both Joe and Hunter when in fact, none of it is material to anything other than keeping people like you angry.
