I feel like I shouldn't tell you this, but here goes.
A nice hotel - you pay cash for the room, tell them to authorize incidentals on the credit card. It's just a hold, it comes off, nothing stays on your bill. A motel - you pay cash, they make a copy of your ID. No credit card. Either place - call first if you're trying to check in early. The girl has to do this, if the guy does it it looks like drugs or prostitutes. |
