I am not one to question people's cravings, but I think of that as such a classic warm weather dish.
If your craving is urgent, I would not make it yourself, because it takes days. I've seen it on the menu at Bibiana and Blue Duck Tavern, but I suspect its seasonal at both places. I might try Sette Osteria. They have a pretty traditional year round menu. |
