| My husband bought a bag of frozen sockeye salmon filets at Costco. I am looking for great recipes! Usually I thaw it, and pan sear it with a little olive oil. Delicious but also boring. How do you make salmon? |
|
I make this all the time and we all love it. The recipe calls for it to be grilled, but. Just put it in the oven for about 40 minutes.

| Thaw it and marinate with a good teriyaki and bake. So easy. Spray the baking dish with Pam. |

If I'm looking for sweet/Asian:
mix some soy sauce, some sweet chili sauce and fresh ginger. Spoon over and let rest for 30 minutes. Broil for 8 minutes or until desired temp. If I'm looking for greek/Mediterranean: Rub with olive oil, sea salt, lemon and oregano. Broil until desired temp. Top with tzatziki and a sprinkle of feta. |
| In the broiler. Put olive oil, lemon juice, tarragon, and Dijon mustard on top while it cooks. |

| You could put Parmesan crisps atop the pesto tomato salmon as well. |

When it's warm enough out, we grill it on cedar planks (also found at Costco!). Otherwise, we really like this pan-roasted salmon recipe: http://www.asweetpeachef.com/entrees/pan-roasted-salmon/
Everyone loves it, including my 1 year old! I leave out the salt in the rub and just salt lightly when it's done, otherwise it's too salty. |
| My absolute favorite is Ina Garten's panko-crusted salmon (I am sure it is searchable on the Food Network website). It is so quick to prepare and delicious! It's turned salmon into my 3 year old's favorite dinner. |
| I season with salt and pepper and then a little dijon mustard and brown sugar. 450 for maybe 15 minutes depending on how well you like it done. |

I made this last week and everyone loved it. Served it with sticky sushi rice and broccoli:

| A family friend mixes mayonnaise and some wasabi powder to taste, smears it on top and then bakes the salmon. It is absolutely divine. |

I haven't actually tried this yet, but it is on my list. I love fruit flavors with salmon and I love asparagus...so it looks like a winner

| soy sauce, honey, fruit sometimes (orange juice, mango juice or pieces)...so easy, my go to salmon recipe. |
