Completing W2 for Housekeeper - we live in DC / she lives in MD

I am confused on how to complete the W2 and hopefully some one can advise.

I am on the SSA - BSO site and attempting to create a w2.
I am stuck on how to complete the State Wages section. To complete this part, I was entering the state that my Housekeeper lives in -" MD". The next field is employer ID #. I have a DC EIN, A federal EIN - I do not have a MD EIN.

Does anyone know what I need to enter here?
