Kate signed up for this. She knew he (any future male child) would be sent to eton. There’s no “we’ll discuss this later” in the royal family. I’m not saying I’d ever want my kid there either but dang, she would be acting desperate and immature if this was all about Eton.

Photoshopping a photo obviously taken in the fall even down to the foliage doesn’t help the case. Lying that it was taken by William in 2024 makes it even worse.

Take an actual photo with your children and share it. That should not be a large request if you are really home and around them recovering…

I’m nicer than pp, so I will high level it for you.

Kate was adamantly opposed to George attending Etan. It’s got a bad rep (boys are exactly humble, in touch with society, etc. Not the crowd Kate wants G to be dropped into 24/7). She was pushing for her school - coed, nicer culture, etc.

William won that battle and George is going to Eton.

Thoughts are that Kate is using all the leverage she’s got to turn that decision around.

How does photoshopping a pic play into that? Or her hospital stay?

yeah - i don't understand that either.

She is refusing to cooperate with any royal duties unless she gets her way about the school. She has leverage because a divorce would be disastrous for the royal family. Not sure about the hospital stay though.

The health issues could be stress related or they're simply using it for a convenient cover.

Charles wants both of them to be invisible. He is very conscious of (jealous of) his status and does not want them to encroach.

In the peasant or even DCUM world, it’s like dating a guy whose family has a beach house and spend every Fourth of July there, marrying, then being mad you’ll be expected at the beach in July.

Agree- If she’s able to sit in cars, which is much better than some possibilities floated out there. I would not be shocked if she just showed up sometime in late spring and they never let her comment on what really happened. Or divorce.
