Blake Lively- Jason Baldoni and NYT - False Light claims

Too bad it does not work. We still can’t stand them and they’re rightfully still getting dragged on social media and TikTok.

There is no coming back from this. They are evil.

Agree!!!

Ari horse trading. They all want this to go away and this signals Blake and Ryan are going to have to pay up and settle. Quickly.

No it doesn't. What is the obsession that Blake/ryan are going to settle? They have no reason to settle right now. They are not in a hurry to turn their reps around. If they were then they wouldn't be making jokes about it.

It’s ensnared too many heavy weights, including Ryan, Ari and Taylor Swift. Hehe we’re laughing about it, it’s old news, just a joke… *offers $50 million cash to Justin and Ari is horse trading with Justin’s new management to resurrect his career and image they tried to destroy*

Not even a little a bit. Justin is the not the only one in this case. Justin's partner and the three pr agents are as well. They arenr each getting 50 million and 10 million in total is laughable. Justin has made it clear he's standing behind the agents rather they were right or not.

Ryan and Blake simply don't care and will drag it out as long as they can. Blake had the chance to apologize for the little bump comment and instead doubled down.

I find it really interesting that Ari Emanuel’s WME also represents Sean Combs. He was also a guest at Ari’s wedding.

I don't understand the Baldoni commenters obsession with settling, unless somehow they really want that for Baldoni right now. You don't file a SH suit to settle it by paying the other side 50M for their SH. If they have a PR problem now, it would be worse with a settlement like that. It's like the Baldoni supporters live in some alternate reality reading PageSix, reddit, and examining women's bodies all day.

Pro tip, when an article says "the internet is abuzz with..." That's a tell for a planted story. The PR team creates the phony "buzz" and then runs to a trusted outlet with the "story."

See also, "video of X resurfaces!"

This whole thing is a made up story. Watch the whole thing - Costner mildly smiles by the end of the joke about the coneheads. He’s just chewing gum. (Though, if serial cheater Kevin Costner disapproves of how you treat your wife, you might be doing something right.)

Kevin and Cher did not clap for RR.

I wouldn't look to Cher as the feel for the room. The woman showed no emotion all night, even on the red carpet. I was honestly worried about her.

Back to the actual case, Freedman has filed another letter response today, accusing Lively’s counsel of misrepresenting their discovery requests as only seeking non content logs. This echos the argument some of us made on this thread yesterday
I follow a tiktoker who reads the pleadings aloud once filed but I assume this pleading also has made it to reddit.

We totally don’t care!

I can’t speak to Baldoni’s interest in settling. But last night made it abundantly clear the heavyweight puppet masters above Blake and Ryan want this messy drama to go away. Now.

I think they know that there will never be an actual case, there will probably be a huge settlement at sometime in the next few months. There’s just no way they want to go to trial like Johnny and Amber. And I think they are now trying to work to change their image and make it a blemish instead of defining moments in their career.

The thing is, I think it will work to a degree. I don’t really think there’s such a thing as canceling unless you are someone like Harvey Weinstein who have decades of actual rape under your belt. Most people are able to make it back. But I don’t think they’re ever going to be able to return to what they used to be able to do with the silly banter and “we’re just like you! So relatable!” We’ve now seen too much behind the curtains.

I agree that most people bounce back from things rather than being cancelled completely. I don’t think that’s a bad thing. People should be able to redeem themselves and hopefully end up as better humans after all is said and done. Hopefully these two learn something from this whole thing. Only time will tell.

How mighty of you! They ruined someone’s name and livelihood with unforgivable lies. And now you think everyone should forgive them and not cancel them forever. What about Baldoni? Does he get his life and credibility back?

You are always only thinking of how to improve the situation for BL and RR. Not about the awful damage number that they have done on JB and where that leaves him at the end of the day.

So the bare minimum for pr?? Sorry but doing a 5 minute pap that takes no energy is not them caring.

Reminds me of that line F Scott Fitzgerald.

“They were careless people, Tom and Daisy, they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into their money or their vast carelessness.”

Ryan and Blake are Tom and Daisy. Sociopathic megalomaniacs who think rules and social norms don’t apply to them. Destroy people for sport and giggle about it afterwards, feigning it’s all water under the bridge.

Ryan’s money will buy them a spot in the crowd but it won’t buy them respect or friendships.

Bare minimum? You think getting featured in an SNL 50th skit cost nothing? You think law firms and crisis PR shops aren’t milking them? This has already cost them many millions and that’s before factoring in their flatlining Q-scores, which destroys their future marketability. Blake will NEVER have a lifestyle brand. Ryan will NEVER be the face of a unicorn. It’s over.

No it didn't lmao. It's a joke in Hollywood but the lawsuit will contuine. If the "heavy puppet masters" wanted it to to away ASAP Ari wouldn't be over there making fun of his name antagonizing Justin v
