It’s so flattering to know MD parents not only know who the VA players are, but they talk to each other about those in attendance at their practices. Thanks for the ego stroking, MD peeps! |
| Wouldn’t be funny if some of the better dmv players went to Md clubs instead of capital. Especially after all the hype of combining pride and stars. Some people would have their minds blown. |
| MD unhingers can’t stand that Capital can compete / out-recruit them. |
| I do not believe that Capital was handing out offers at the clinic. That doesn't track. |
| they may not have been handing out offers but it seems more than one person posted that they seemed highly interested in a few players. |
Eyeroll. |
Don’t flatter yourselves. No MD parents I know don’t care whatsoever that VA players are showing up at practices and then announcing it here. You can blame other DMV parents for that. |
The resurgence of BLC at the younger age groups is unexpected and good to see. It’s equally unexpected what’s happened with Rebels. I would think that Haight would have a vested interest in having a serviceable team, not just financially but also to keep GC competitive. |
Cool story bro |
It would be … if it wasn’t true |
GC doesn't rely on Rebels - part of the draw at GC is that he just plays the best and there are kids from all over (Hero's, Skywalkers, M&D, Capital, MD United, Rebels, etc.) Haight had kids and others didn't step up for a few years when his kids were really young but Rebels is back on the upswing. There is a good chance of a 2028 Rebels team next year. Unhappy families elsewhere with other daughters on Rebels. |
Eyeroll. |
That’s all you got? Weak!!! |
Sounds like someone daughter didn’t get an offer. Did you check under your pillow? |
Yawn |
