War with Iran

So much environmental damage, on top of all the other horrors.

I am not surprised that this administration bombed a school because they were using outdated maps. I’m not surprised that Trump could not care less. But it saddens me to see all these republican congressmen make excuses and deflect. This, just like dozens of other things, should have been their breaking point. Republicans used to at least pretend to care about post-womb humans. Watching them go back and forth between, “Whoops! Well, people die!” and “Wasn’t us!” is just absolutely nauseating. I don’t know how 40% of this country is so cruel and heartless. Their hate is fueled by racism, misogyny, and greed.

Given the fact that we now know that building had until recently been an IRGC building and part of the Minab IRGC naval base it's entirely plausible it was converted to a school for IRGC kids. But wouldn't it have made a lot more sense to blow up their IRGC dads? Seems to me far more likely it was a case of outdated intel. They expected to be bombing an IRGC naval command facility.

This narrative is so pathetic. The school wasn't struck intentionally. JFC.

Intelligence should be able to confirm a building's use before you drop million dollar bombs on it.

If both countries are going to hide military equipment in civilian areas then neither can complain when there are civilian casualties. It’s terrible for civilians, but they should blame their own governments. Of course, once one side does it there is going to be a call for retribution.

Civilian casualties when targeting personnel? It would happen here, too. Look at the targets around DC and the number of civilians there. That said, I think that certain parties in the ME do it on purpose.

So maybe hit the target in early morning or late at night when the elementary age school children aren’t there? Or is that tactic beyond these cruel morons?

I’m not justifying it. I’m saying that both sides in this war play that game.

They had every opportunity in the world to hit any military target there and avoid murdering the school children. But the US/Israel are waging a terror campaign.

Where are all those "Iranians" dancing in the streets in America. I guess they don't care about Iranian kids being killed because they're not actually Iranians (anymore).

Same as those "Venezuelans" dancing a few months ago. I guess they don't care about recent diplomatic ties or anything.

Same goes for the "Cubans" who care so much that the US is starving the Cuban populace.

Fake ass independence whiners.

I don’t think they are fake. But take the example of the Cubans in America— most of tj have never set foot in Cuba. And a lot of them are kids and grandkids of people who didn’t particularly care about the starving people in Cuba when they do live there. People in a nation are not a monolith and there’s a reason these countries had revolutions. A lot of times the people sitting in America are people that were associated with the regime that caused the revolution. Like I’m sure the shahs family was happy to see the ayatollah go. But it’s not like tj shah was such a great humanitarian himself.

How were they hiding military equipment in a civilian area. This was a school near a military base. The US has plenty of schools on and near military bases too. Because soldiers have kids who have to go to school. That doesn’t make the kids or schools legitimate targets.

The Iranians you saw dancing in the streets of LA, NY, London, and DC are the people and their descendants who benefited from the largess of the former dictator Shah of Iran, who jailed, tortured, starved, and murdered millions of his people under the eyes of the US and UK. These are the same people who want to now want Trump to install the late Shah's son who became a man in the USA. The Iranian people unwittingly trader one butcher for another. The USA and Israel just want the butcher to be controlled by the USA and Israel, with maybe a little bit of UK. The people of Iran continues to suffer no matter what.

Only stupid incompetent people would target civilian areas when you are trying to encourage the civilian population to “rise up and take back their country”. Look at the success the Israelis have had in Gaza and every other place with this type of policy. It’s a total failure. It leads to endless wars, suicide bombers and loss of support.

You've already said this 47 times. You're boring and quite obviously nobody is jumping on board with you.

It should be a sensible and reasonable expectation that any civilian infrastructure immediately adjacent to a high risk facility puts that civilian infrastructure at risk as well, whether a military base, a chemical plant, oil refinery etc. An explosion, leak, etc could kill civilians. In the US we at least think about these things, requiring risk management plans for chemical facilities, assessing risk to vulnerable civilian populations and so on. The Iranian regime on the other hand obviously does not care about civilians.

Speak for yourself. I agree with the pp. Harming the civilian population is never a good strategy.

??? What are you talking about? They could have destroyed this target in the early morning and/or late night. Instead, they chose to murder those little girls.

Israel is burning right now.

It’s crazy that they are arresting journalists and banning Israelis from fleeing the country

I predict just like the 12 day war last June, Israel will fold very soon and ask for the war to end. Their delusions about their iron dome has failed them again. They cannot handle a war with Iran if their iron dome flops this badly

There’s a ton of propaganda online where people are pretending that they’re sitting outside drinking coffee and nothing is happening in Israel.

Even CNN reported on Israel’s censorship

https://www.cnn.com/2026/03/06/media/israel-iran-war-media-censor-journalism

You would think they would want to censor the Gaza war but they proudly want to see the death and destruction they cause even if it’s their own reputation at risk. They love to stream music to the sound of idf soldiers blowing up buildings. But when their cities are getting blown up, no. A heavy military censor and photography blackout must be enforced

I wondered where our fearless leader came up with the idea to do the same thing?
