| I can do the grains. It's the sugar that throws me. especially since my birthday is in December. I will do both in January. |
Just give yourself the one day off. I just said I was in, but I do have one day in which it would be harder then necessary, so instead of not committing, I am committing for all but that meal, and in that meal I will do as well as I can without being impolite or ridiculous. |

Same here. But I think I can do it for everything else. No candy. Obviously no cookies or cake. No crappy salad dressings. No ice cream. I already eat plain yogurt and mix in my own fruit. What else is gone with sugar? |
