Anyway I saw a source in In Touch saying this is what the kids want

Last we heard, the kids "loved" that J Lo and A Rod were a blended family. It's a PR spin to put a positive spin on beginning a new relationship and going off for weekends so soon after the breakup of a supposedly almost married couple. Maybe in your world, parents act like this. It's not a loving, responsible way to parent.

And let’s be honest, Marc Anthony is not an A list celebrity like JLo and Ben. I wouldn’t comment on his parenting because I don’t know anything about him except he had that one song and he married JLo. But fine- all three seem to be selfish and absent parents.

I think they are one of the most talented couples in history. I also think he's not obsessed with making more money than God. Marc Anthony was satisfied with $80 million and knowing neither he nor his children or grandchildren would ever have to work if they didn't want to. JLo is at $400 million and still going.

Marc Anthony is one of the greatest singers in all of Latin America! He may have only had one crossover in the United States so some people may not be aware. I also happen to think that J Lo is talented though maybe not my musical cup of tea.

Coincidentally, I've listening to Marc Anthony nonstop for the past several weeks. He's one of my favorite artists of all time.
I actually do think JLo is a talented dancer and a decent actress, but her voice is not good.

JLo strikes me as one of those exceptionally driven workaholics who are obsessed with success and their public image and fame/reputation at the expense of their personal lives.

If you watch J. Lo's last tour doc, it seems like she is the primary parent that is always with them and he is pretty unreliable. It didn't sound like he did much parenting at all, even though they pained themselves to not actually say that but, for example, he was supposed to perform with her in Puerto Rico and had agreed to it but they were all about the fall back plan and not going to announce it because they basically said "who knows if he will actually show up, even if he did agree"... me thinks she is the one doing all the lifting as the parent.

Her kids are in private school. If they are primarily with her on tour at their age, that's a pretty disruptive, chaotic thing to inflict. Few female performers tour with children at that age because the kids have their own lives, they are not looking forward to orbiting around their performing parent, they want to be the center of their lives, that's developmentally appropriate not touring with your superstar mother...good lord. I doubt it is not shared custody, she just traveled out of the country for that movie, they were with their father at least some of the time and she just traveled with affleck and they were likely with him then. Heavy lifting my ass. She lives for her career and self promotion,. it's obvious.

I think that doc was from 2017, so her kids were a lot younger.

Marc Anthony seems to have a bunch of personal demons too.

Yea it seems like it's just never enough. She is still so hungry, personally and professionally at an advancing age and yet she cannot be alone. She must feel empty in some way, like she is missing some things internally. Such an enormous focus on appearance, but also so hungry for a man. I think it's very sad.

It always struck me that she was completely smitten with him but he was just along for the ride, never seemed "into her" at all. Look at every picture, its her always staring up adoringly at him. Never other way around.

She is a fabulous entertainer but seriously is behaving like a whore. She is a mom with 2 kids (both at incredibly impressionable ages), has had 3 failed marriages and didn't even give the breakup a week before running to someone else. Is she not capable of being along for a hot minute?

The In Touch source is Jen’s PR firm. Of course they’re saying this is what the kids want, it makes a better story! No kid goes from loving mom’s boyfriend and his kids one minute to wanting mom to be with someone else the next. Watch- you won’t see quotes about Ben’s kids and they’ll never meet JLo bc Jen Gardner knows this is all for PR and isn’t going to allow her kids to come anywhere near this hot mess.
